QMCA Major Projects Report

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Early Tender Involvement (ETI) Contracts are becoming an increasingly favoured procurement option in Queensland and provide government agencies with a two stage approach to project delivery which can offer substantial benefits when compared to other procurement options.
