2015 Major Projects Report
The Major Projects Report, jointly produced by the Queensland Major Contractors Association (QMCA) and Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ), was released at a breakfast event at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition centre on 3 march 2015.
The report was introduced by the Hon Anthony Lynham MP, Minister for State Development and Minister for Natural Resources and Mines, followed by a presentation by Adrian Hart, Senior Economist, BIS Shrapnel. The report provides a reasoned and thoughtful perspective of the outlook for major engineering construction projects in Queensland, and what this entails for contractors and government agencies. The analysis also presents implications and challenges for the industry as a result of these findings.
