About QMCA

The Queensland Major Contractors Association (QMCA) is a proactive organisation representing the major general construction contractors of Queensland. Through drawing upon the commitment of its members, QMCA offers a united vision to help shape the future of the Queensland construction industry.

QMCA's members comprise local and national oganisations that bring with them a diversity of services in the civil and building construction, resource and specialist services fields. The QMCA's aim is to be regarded as one of Queensland's principal construction industry associations, providing a synergistic and innovative approach to ongoing industry reform.
